1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BossTyper ("bosstyper.com", the "Service"), operated by BOSS Software ("Blazendary", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use BossTyper. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

2. Description of Service

BossTyper is a free, ad-supported competitive typing trainer that offers typing games, progressive lessons, daily challenges, multiplayer races, leaderboards, XP/leveling, and achievements. A premium tier may be offered in the future. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Accounts & Conduct

You may use BossTyper as a guest or create an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its security. You agree to the following rules:

• No cheating. You may not use scripts, macros, auto-typers, browser extensions, or any other tool to artificially inflate your typing speed or scores.
• No bots. Automated accounts or bot-driven gameplay is prohibited.
• No offensive usernames. Usernames that are vulgar, hateful, discriminatory, impersonate others, or are otherwise inappropriate will be removed without notice.
• No manipulation of leaderboards. Creating multiple accounts, colluding with other users, or exploiting bugs to gain an unfair ranking is prohibited.
• No abuse. You may not harass, threaten, or disrupt other users in any way, including in multiplayer modes.

We reserve the right to remove any content, reset scores, or suspend accounts that violate these rules at our sole discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on BossTyper — including but not limited to the design, code, graphics, sounds, game mechanics, lesson content, and branding — is the property of BOSS Software (Blazendary) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

Custom text submitted by users remains the intellectual property of the original author. By submitting custom text to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that text within BossTyper.

5. Privacy

We collect only the data necessary to operate the Service, including account information, typing scores, and usage analytics. We do not sell your personal data. Third-party advertising partners may use cookies to serve relevant ads. For full details, please review our Privacy Policy.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. This includes, but is not limited to, violations of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

7. Limitation of Liability

BossTyper is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BOSS Software (Blazendary) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of scores, or interruption of service.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $50 USD, whichever is greater.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction within the United States.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of BossTyper after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
