Tell us what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. Include your device and browser (for example “iPhone, Safari” or “Windows laptop, Chrome”) and your username if you're signed in. A screenshot helps a lot.
Account and Boss Pro billing
Signed-in Boss Pro members can change or cancel their subscription any time from the Pro page using Manage subscription. For refunds, charges you don't recognize, or trouble signing in, email us from the address on your account so we can find it quickly.
Schools and classrooms
Teachers can run BossTyper with a whole class — progress tracking, a shared leaderboard and age-appropriate lessons. See BossTyper for Schools, or email us with your school name and roughly how many students you have.
Ideas and feedback
New game modes, lesson topics, daily challenge texts you'd like to see — we read all of it, and a lot of what's on the site today started as a player's suggestion.
